Pak-Aus Series: Usman Khawaja seeking permission from ICC to wear shoes with Gaza Slogans.

Australian Cricketer Usman Khawaja is planning to get permission from ICC to wear the shoes with Gaza solidarity slogans. According to Australian media Usman Khwaja will wear the same shoes during the first match between Pakistan and Australia.

Keeping in mind that Australian Cricketer wore the shoes with solidarity slogans mentioning “Freedom in everyone’s right and “All lives are equal”. Now recently Usman Khawaja posted a video on his social media account on which he claimed that what I mentioned on my shoes is non-political statement and is not particular for Muslim, Jew or Hindu.

On the other hand, Australian Board responded that they respect the personal opinions of the players but at the same time they have to follow the ICC rules.

Furthermore, Cricketer concluded his message by saying that “ I will fight and get permission to wear the shoes”
