Google Maps has introduced new features to enhance the privacy of the users. Through these new features users will be able to maintain their privacy of location in maps by giving them control over the data which they want to share with the company or not.
With save your timeline feature users can save their timeline on their mobile or dedicated device rather than cloud server. To use this feature users, need to turn on their location all time.
Google maps have also introduced blue dot feature which will give users access to different options like history and timeline. With this shortcut feature you can access to your account settings with simple clicks.
Further more google maps have given the option of deletion of location. These blue dot and location deletion features will be available for the users in coming days.
